Membership Terms and Conditions
These Membership Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CortexBio Insights, operated by CortexBio Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15957284, with registered address at Suite C3, Coveham House, Downside Bridge Road, Cobham, England, KT11 3EP ("we", "us", "CortexBio"). These Terms were last updated on 30 April 2026. By signing up to any membership tier, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
CortexBio Insights (insights.cortexbio.co.uk) provides expert analysis on rare disease, metabolic health, and longevity science, authored by Dima Martini-Drew MD. Membership tiers:
Pulse (Free) — Public analysis on rare disease, metabolic health, and the biology of ageing; access to all public posts; monthly newsletter. No card required.
Pro (£19/mo or £190/yr) — everything in Pulse, plus: deep-dive analyses; metabolism principles at clinical level; framework insights at summary level; 48-hour early access to white papers and book chapters; member discussion thread.
Insider (£49/mo or £490/yr) — everything in Pro, plus: full analytical framework access with clinical protocols and applications; quarterly drug repurposing and patent intelligence reports; 1-week early access to white papers with draft review invitations; member discussion thread; monthly live Ask Dima sessions (small group, recorded).
2. Membership and Payment
Paid memberships are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payment is via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at period end. No refunds for partial periods.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
All content is the intellectual property of CortexBio Limited and/or Dima Martini-Drew MD, licensed to members for personal non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce or distribute content to non-members without prior written consent.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not share credentials, circumvent access controls, use content commercially, or misattribute authorship.
4.4 Insider — Confidentiality
Insider content is provided in confidence. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute Insider-tier content to any third party. This obligation survives membership cancellation.

Content is for informational and educational purposes for healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders. It does not constitute medical advice. Exercise independent professional judgement.
6. Data Protection
